Raising Spirits (and Funds!) The true heart of the evening was raising funds for Special Olympics Waterford. We were blown away by the generosity in the room and are thrilled to share that, together, we raised over €1,000.
The absolute highlight for us was meeting the athletes themselves – including some of our neighbours right here in Portlaw. Hearing their stories first-hand and seeing the positive impact of the Special Olympics was incredibly moving, and it was a privilege to raise a glass in their support.
Whiskey, Food, and Friends The evening was all about good company. The Curraghmore Whiskey was flowing, the seasonal canapés went down a treat, and the atmosphere in the Stalls was fantastic. It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces relaxing and enjoying the start of the Christmas rush.
Shop Local We also loved transforming the Whiskey Library into a mini winter market for the night. We are so lucky to have such immense talent in the South East, and we want to give a huge shout-out to the brilliant makers who joined us:
