What we collect
Identification & contact (name, email, phone, billing/delivery addresses, age/ID verification outcome), transaction data (orders, tokenised payment references), technical data (IP , device, browser, pages viewed, referral), marketing preferences (consents/opt‑outs), user‑generated content (e.g., reviews, messages), and recruitment data if you apply for a role.

Customer service: up to 3 years after last interaction.
Marketing: until you opt‑out or after 24 months of inactivity.
Age‑verification logs: retained for the minimum period needed to evidence compliance and prevent fraud; we avoid retaining ID images unless necessary.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection; and withdraw consent at any time. You can complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission (www.dataprotection.ie) or to your local EU authority.
Marketing
We send marketing only with your consent (or soft opt‑in where permitted for similar products). You can unsubscribe in any message.
