Eligibility (alcohol)
You must be 18+ to order alcohol. We operate age verification at checkout and on delivery; carriers may request photo ID and refuse delivery if age cannot be verified.
Ordering process
Your order is an offer to buy. We email an order acknowledgement; acceptance occurs on dispatch confirmation. We may reject orders (e.g., pricing errors, stock issues, regulatory restrictions).
Price, taxes & promotions
Prices include VAT unless stated. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. If we show price reductions, we display the prior (lowest) price within the previous 30 days. Mispriced items may be cancelled before dispatch with a full refund.
Payment & security
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card processing uses PSD2 Strong Customer Authentication via our payment provider. You authorise us to charge the total including delivery and applicable taxes.
Delivery
We deliver to Ireland and selected countries as shown on our Shipping page. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk passes on delivery; title passes on full payment. We may refuse cross‑border delivery where prohibited or not feasible.
Age‑verified delivery
Delivery must be accepted by someone 18+. The carrier may refuse delivery if suitable ID is not provided. Re‑delivery/returns fees may apply.
Legal restrictions
We comply with Irish licensing laws, including off‑sales hours and age restrictions; dispatch windows may be adjusted to comply.
Right to cancel (distance contracts)
For most goods, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel without giving a reason. Return items within 14 days of cancellation and pay return costs unless we offer free returns. We refund within 14 days of receiving goods (or proof of return), including the standard delivery charge. Exclusions include custom items and any other lawful exclusions. Your statutory rights for faulty goods remain.
Faulty or misdescribed goods
You are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund where goods are not in conformity with contract.
Returns procedure
Use our returns contact at shop@curraghmorewhiskey.com with your order number. Pack securely. Returned items must be in reasonable condition (you may handle goods as in a shop). Limitation of liability
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our control. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.Changes: We may update these Terms; the version in force at order time applies to your purchase.
Governing law
Irish law; Irish courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory EU consumer protections.
