A carefully blended selection of Irish pot still whiskies all triple distilled from cereals grown on the Curraghmore Estate, and then matured separately in a virgin French oak half barrel, an Oloroso Sherry and an ex-bourbon barrel. This is carefully blended to maximise the flavours and deliver a truly complex, flavoursome and unique whiskey – Noel Sweeney Master Blender
Sweet, vanilla and honey with a twist of lemon, ripe fruits, plums, raisins, rich oak and sherry notes,cinnamon, tropical fruits, pineapple, mango, banana andcloves.
Layers flavours from smooth silky sweetness, rich oak, sweet malt, fruity boiled sweets, fruit cocktail, chocolate, Christmas cake, prunes, cloves, liquorice, waves of flavours with complexity and a touch of spice.
Long lasting sweetness, ripe fruits with a velvetytexture and a touch of spicy dryness.
Distilled using Propino barley harvested in the May Field and Isabel oats harvested on the Racecourse Curraghmore Estate.
