Curraghmore Whiskey Return & Refund Policy
Return Window We accept returns for change of mind, damaged or incorrect goods within 30 days of the delivery date. Due to the nature of this product, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than change of mind, damage, error, or if the item is still factory-sealed and you pay the return shipping.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Bottles that have been opened or consumed are not eligible for return, except where required by law (e.g., faulty product).
Damaged/Faulty Goods If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at shop@curraghmorewhiskey.com and provide photographs of the damage to the packaging and the bottle. We will arrange a full refund or replacement.
Refunds (If Applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For non-faulty returns, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. For damaged/faulty goods, we will cover the return shipping costs.
